At King Living, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and comprehensive warranty coverage. To help you better understand your warranty, this  article will detail the exclusions and limitations of the King Living warranty.

  1. Specific Exclusions and Geographic Limitations

Please note that the King Living warranty does not cover specific exclusions listed for each product or component in the warranty table. Additionally, the warranty is not applicable to products delivered or transported outside of Australia.

  1. Unauthorised Modifications and Third-Party Products

The warranty is void if products or components are not purchased directly from King, have altered or removed product tags, or have been modified without King's approval. Warranties for fabrics and leathers supplied by outside suppliers may be provided by those respective suppliers.

  1. Normal Wear and Tear

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear associated with the use of our products. Over time, fabrics, leathers, suspension components, cushioning, and fillings will show wear and may need replacement at the purchaser's expense.

  1. Environmental Factors

The warranty does not cover colour variations caused by exposure to local environmental factors for products such as fabrics, leathers, timber veneer, and solid timber.

  1. Non-Genuine Parts and Consumables

The warranty is void if damage results from using non-genuine manufacturer's parts and consumables. For items not manufactured by King, repair or replacement services are contingent upon obtaining approval from the manufacturer.

  1. Invalid Warranty Claims and Unauthorised Expenses

The warranty does not cover expenses related to invalid warranty claims, including freight, call-out fees, and labor. For valid claims, King Living will only be liable for costs that have been pre-approved in writing.

  1. Misuse, Lack of Care, and Commercial Use

Our warranty does not cover products or components that become defective due to misuse, lack of proper care and maintenance, commercial use, or handling in transit. To ensure the longevity and performance of your King Living products, follow the care instructions provided on our website and any other information made available to you.

Being aware of the exclusions and limitations of your King Living warranty can help you make informed purchasing decisions and properly care for your products. By understanding what is not covered, you can take necessary precautions to maintain your products and maximise their performance and longevity.
