Understanding How King Living will Honour a Valid Warranty Claim

All warranty claims determined by King Living to be valid will be honoured. The replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes King Living's property.

King Living may choose to honour a warranty claim for a product in one of the following ways:

(a) Provide a replacement product or an equivalent product. (You'll own the replacement, while King Living takes ownership of the replaced item.)

(b) Repair the product.

(c) Cover the cost of replacing the product with an equivalent product. (If a refund is given, the returned product becomes King Living's property and must be returned to them.) 

(d) Cover the cost of having the product repaired.

For warranty claims related to recliner electronics and motion components, King Living may choose to:

(a) Replace the electronics or motion component, or provide an equivalent component. (You'll own the replacement, while King Living takes ownership of the replaced component.)

(b) Repair the electronics or motion component.

(c) Cover the cost of replacing the electronics or motion component with an equivalent component. (If a refund is given, the returned component becomes King Living's property and must be returned to them.)

(d) Cover the cost of having the electronics or motion component repaired.

Please note that components replaced under this warranty might have slight colour and texture differences compared to the original. These variations are not considered defects. Any repair or replacement under this warranty only applies to the defective component.
