Depending on the nature of the warranty claim, King Living may choose to:

Replace the product with a new or equivalent item. Once replaced, the new product is yours to keep, while the original item is returned to King Living.

Repair the product to bring it back to its original working condition.

Reimburse you for a replacement of equivalent value. If a refund is provided, the original product will need to be returned to King Living.

Cover the cost of repairs arranged through an authorised service provider.
Recliner electronics and motion components
For claims relating to recliner electronics or motion components, King Living may:

Replace the component with a new or equivalent part. The replacement becomes your property, and the original part is returned to King Living.

Repair the component to restore full functionality.

Cover the cost of replacement with an equivalent component. If a refund is provided, the original item must be returned.

Cover the cost of repairs completed by an approved technician.
A note on replacement parts
Components replaced under warranty may vary slightly in colour or texture from the original due to manufacturing variations or product updates. These differences are not considered faults. Warranty coverage only applies to the individual part or component identified as faulty.
