What is the Sleep+ 30 Day Mattress Warranty?

The Sleep+ 30 Day Mattress Warranty is a promise from King Living to refund your purchase if you're not satisfied with your Sleep+ mattress within 30 days of delivery. This warranty is specifically for customers who buy the mattress for personal, household, or domestic use, and it's in addition to the standard King Warranty covering other Sleep+ products and components.

Who is eligible for the 30 Day Mattress Warranty?

This warranty is for customers who:

  • Buy a Sleep+ mattress from King Living for personal, household, or domestic use.
  • Have not previously claimed under the 30 Day Mattress Warranty for any other mattress.
  • Have paid the full purchase price.
  • Use the mattress solely in their home and not for commercial purposes.
  • Have not caused any damage or stains to the mattress.

How do I claim under the 30 Day Mattress Warranty?

To claim, you must:

  • Sleep on the mattress for at least 14 nights.
  • Notify King Living in writing of your dissatisfaction and the reason, ensuring it's not because of size, aesthetic preferences, or a desire to exchange for a different mattress.
  • Follow any modification or adjustment suggestions from King.
  • Ensure the mattress has been used correctly according to the terms mentioned.

What happens if I'm eligible for a refund?

Inside a Metro Area: If your address is within a metro area with a King showroom, King will collect the mattress at their cost on the next available delivery slot.

Outside a Metro Area: You'll need to return the mattress to a nominated King warehouse at your cost.

When and how will I get my refund?

King Living will refund the purchase price within 10 business days after receiving the mattress back. The refund will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or bank account).

What if my warranty claim is considered invalid?

If the mattress is damaged or the warranty claim doesn't meet the terms, you will not receive a refund. You'll either have to pay for the mattress to be returned to you, or collect it from a King or charity partner warehouse within 7 days. Failure to collect it allows King to dispose of the mattress. Any costs associated with the invalid claim will not be refunded, and additional costs may be incurred.

Are any costs covered if my warranty claim is valid?

Yes, if your claim is valid, King Living will also reimburse any ancillary costs that were pre-approved in writing before you incurred them. Costs not pre-approved are excluded from the warranty coverage.

Can I claim under this warranty for a mattress used for commercial purposes?

No, the 30 Day Mattress Warranty only applies to mattresses used for personal, household, or domestic purposes. If the mattress is used for commercial activities, this warranty does not apply.
