-
Check Compatibility
Ensure your device supports Qi wireless charging. Only Qi-enabled devices will work with the Smart Charge Table. -
Update Your Software
Make sure your phone is running the latest software version. A quick restart after updating ensures any changes are applied.Note: Some devices, such as iPhone 12, may require a restart to enable wireless charging after an update.
-
Reconnect to Power
Double-check that the table is securely plugged into a power source. -
Look for the Red Indicator Light
When the table is powered on, a red light briefly illuminates for two seconds. This marks the optimal charging zone.-
Place your phone vertically over this light.
-
Keep the phone in place for at least two seconds to initiate charging.
-
-
Ensure Proper Alignment
The charger is located beneath the table surface. Centre your device over the indicator light for best results.A misaligned phone may not connect with the charging coil.
-
Reset the Table Position
If you're still experiencing issues, try removing the table from its bracket and re-seating it into the knock-in part. This ensures proper alignment with the power source.
Charging Speed
Charging performance varies by device:
-
King Smart Charge Tables deliver up to 15W of power.
-
Apple devices typically charge at up to 7.5W with non-Apple chargers.
-
Android devices may support 5W, 10W, or the full 15W—depending on the model.
Note: If your phone only supports 5W, that will be the maximum charging speed.
Safety Reminder
If your mobile device is too warm, charging may not begin. Allow it to cool before placing it back on the charging surface.
