Your King Living warranty starts from the date your order is delivered to you. This ensures you're protected from the moment your furniture arrives in your home.
Does my warranty reset if my product is repaired or replaced?
No. The warranty period continues from the original delivery date and does not reset or extend following any repairs or replacements.
What happens if my warranty claim is approved?
Once your warranty claim is validated, King Living will resolve the issue by one of the following options:
- Repair – Fixing the affected component or product.
- Cost of repair – Covering the cost of repairs.
- Replacement – Providing a replacement for the defective item or part. The new item becomes yours, and the original becomes the property of King Living.
- Cost of replacement – Covering the cost of a replacement, with the defective item returned to King Living.
How are claims involving electronics and motion components handled?
Claims relating to electronic or motion elements follow the same resolution options: repair, cost of repair, replacement, or cost of replacement. Replaced components are yours to keep, while the defective parts must be returned to King Living.
Will replacement parts be an exact match?
Replacement components are carefully selected, though minor differences in colour or texture may occur. These variations are natural and not considered faults.
Is the entire product covered under warranty?
Warranty coverage applies only to the specific component identified as faulty. This ensures a focused and efficient resolution.
